I can't believe summer is already over. Wow that went by incredibly fast! We recently returned home from Arizona where we had the BEST summer vacaction! My entire family was able to be home for a couple weeks and here is what we did:
Parker celebrated his birthday while we were in AZ. My little boy is already 4! We went bowling in the morning and has such a blast. We came home and had pizza, cake, and ice-cream and opened presents. Thanks again for all the fun toys from everyone- you definitely know how to spoil this kid! Since we have been to Sea World quite often this summer I thought (and with all the begging) it was only appropriate to make him a Shamu cake. It was definitely a "whale"of a party :) We love you Parker! Happy 4th Birthday!
Next came my Mom's suprise b-day party!! Tate and Syrell took her shopping ALL afternoon so we could get the decorations hung, dinner ready, and all the festivites put together. We played a fun "who knows Mom the best" game, Logan and Caden ran the runway with a hilarious fasion show, Chad made a video of all her 60 years, Carol and Jory made up a song we all sang, and Whit put together a beautiful quilt for her, going with the theme "Sew She's 60". We had a great night celebrating Mom's birthday! We sure do have a great Mom!
The main reason for all of us getting together was my brother's wedding. Tate and Syrell were sealed in the Mesa temple on Aug. 20th. Congratulations love birds!! It was a really fun and beautiful day. Syrell is great and I am going to love having her in the family.
These are just a few extra random pics from our va-cay. We went swimming almost everyday, we threw my sister a baby shower for little Bostyn, celebrated Kade's birthday, Chad went golfing, us girls did glitter toes, and the list really goes on and on. It was so great to see everyone and I miss it already! Thanks for a TERRIFIC summer vacation!

Looks like you had a ton of fun, but I have to say my fav picture is of Tal in the tub! Must have been tasty glass!
That sounds like so much fun! I loved the cake. How did you do that? It looks like the whale is frosting, seriously it looks amazing! Glad you guys had fun, although we missed you on the return trip. :)
OH. MY. GOODNESS!!! What a stinkin fun time! I cannot believe how big-boy Tal is with his TWO front teeth. Parker totally got spoiled (well deserved of course). The shamu cake turned out darling. Your mamma's house is flippin awesome. When's the next AZ trip? We're totally coming!!

Wow, this all sounds like a blast! You're mom is super lucky to have such fun kids to do all of that for her 60th. Tay the shamu cake is my favorite! Good good job! You'll have to tell Tate congrats for us. It's always exciting to get a new addition to the fam. Hey thank you so much for the cute birthday card and the phone call. It made my day a little more special.
